I wish I could do this work for free (I certainly love it enough to!), but alas, rent on my studio space will not pay itself, haha :) My rate for these classes is $16/hr, so that comes out to $24 for the 90-minute class and $32 for the 2-hour class. I keep my prices as low as I possibly can. There is a coupon code on the Release & Refresh page of my site (www.studioAbody.com/release-refresh) to help out those who genuinely cannot afford the class at the regular rate.
