Try our R&R class this Saturday to experience some peace and calm in your body
This month I’ve started a beginners rowing class at Eagle Creek Park. The only time slot that works with my schedule is 6 AM, twice a week. I would not say I am a morning person, but if I’m going to be anywhere other than my bed at 6 AM, being on the water is a great place to be! I have experienced so much peace and calm out on the water first thing in the morning.

Chances are, many of us experience more pain and tension in our bodies than peace and calm. I want to invite you to consider joining me THIS SATURDAY morning for our Release and Refresh class, to drop into some peace and calm for yourselves.
I am teaching our Release and Refresh Class this Saturday, and there are lots of spots still available. This is a perfect way to start your weekend, dropping into some calm after a busy week.
You’ll be led into gentle stretches that focus on the fascia, holding each pose for up to 10 minutes, while simultaneously being guided through nervous system exercises. Whether you’ve been here before, or this is your first time, this class is open to all!
