Just a quick note to let everyone know that there are 2 things coming up quickly that still have space! The Release & Refresh Class for Parents & Caregivers happens this Friday night 10/27 6-8pm, and there is plenty of space for more to join. This 2-hour class is a chance to “find the ground again” as parents and caregivers of little ones, special needs kids, challenging older kids, or elderly parents we’re responsible for. What a taxing time of life that can be, constantly caring for another — so let us find our center again and reconnect with joy, by moving out of whatever fight/flight or freeze responses in which we may typically spend our days. This class takes place on yoga mats and involves simple body positioning and guided (non-spiritual) meditations that usher the nervous system into a state of calm connectedness. Childcare is available if needed! We’ve got a team of Safe Sitter-certified, responsible Brownsburg teens ready to play with your kiddos if you need to bring them. Feel to Heal Program starting very soon!
Also with a couple of spots remaining is the 8-week Feel to Heal Program, where we learn all about the nervous system, how emotions (or the avoidance of them) lead to tension and pain in the body, and how to get out of chronic pain and introduce more ease into our physical structures. Class runs on Monday nights from October 30 (just over a week away!) to December 18, 6:45 - 8:45 pm. There are 2 spots remaining in the program, so sign up before it’s too late!
