Hey friends! Allie here with a super quick newsletter to let you know of a couple opportunities that exist for you THIS WEEK to drop in to your body and connect with what it’s holding and what it’s telling you.
First up is a Release & Refresh class happening this Wednesday night, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., which is led by yours truly. All our R&R classes are open to all levels now; there are no longer “Intermediate” classes, so everyone is welcome to any class. These classes involve long-held stretches on double-thick yoga mats while being led through somatic and nervous system exercises to drop out of states of fight/flight and freeze and into a more grounded place. We have two spots available in Wednesday night’s class for those who wish to join us.
Also, this Saturday is our first ever YES/NO & Letting Go workshop, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., where we will do a in-depth somatic exploration of autonomy, boundaries and choice. Dr. Trexler and I are having a great time planning the day’s events and can’t wait to hold space for those who want to engage with these very important topics.
