New faces, a fond farewell, and a big thank you
Jamie & Lindsay join the team, Release & Refresh evolves, and we've been voted Best of 2026
Meet Studio A’s Newest Team Members
As the studio continues to grow and expand, both locally and with online offerings, the need for increased administrative help has become evident. We are very excited to announce two new team members: Jamie Goldman and Lindsay Stoner. Their support will allow me to focus energy on the big picture/vision of the studio and to create new content for our programs. It also frees up Callie to focus more on building relationships and partnerships in the community with like-minded professionals.
Jamie is our Marking & Digital Operations Coordinator. She is a mom to four kiddos, has previous experience co-owning a business, and has a background in education. In addition to Studio A, she substitute teaches in the Brownsburg schools. As we launch our online programs, Jamie will be the one interacting with online clients, fielding questions, and shipping materials to participants. She will also manage our social media platforms and other marketing avenues. We are excited for the expertise and enthusiasm Jamie brings to the team!
Lindsay is our Client Experience & Programs Coordinator. She has three kids at home, and as her youngest goes to school this Fall, she is excited to be joining us. She has previous experience as the site director at a YMCA, running before and after school programs. Lindsay will be the first line of contact with new clients and people inquiring about our local offerings. She will also coordinate the various programs and workshops at the studio. We know our clients will be in good hands with Lindsay, with her sweet, gentle spirit and her people skills. Welcome Lindsay!
We had an all-staff strategic planning day and mini-retreat earlier this month. As the business owner, I could not be more excited at the potential that this team holds! I eagerly anticipate really great things ahead for our clients and our community. 🧡

A Season of Change for Release & Refresh
For three years now, Release & Refresh has been a steady offering here at the studio — and we’re so grateful for everyone who has shown up to stretch, drop in to their body, and gain awareness of what they’re carrying.
We want to let you know that August 5th will be the last Release & Refresh class in its current form.
Here’s why: as I (Allie) have grown and evolved as a somatic practitioner over these past three years, this class hasn’t grown with me. It’s time for something new — a class that reflects where my practice is now, not where it started.
What won’t change: our commitment to offering an affordable, accessible drop-in class that’s a welcoming entry point into somatic work. That’s not going anywhere. What will change is the shape it takes. I’m ready to reimagine what these classes can be for our community and to bring in new, fresh elements.
We’re aiming to have something new ready by late September or mid-October. In the meantime, we hope you’ll join us for one last Release & Refresh on August 5th.
Stay tuned — more to come soon!
Voted Best Massage Therapy — Two Years Running! 🎉
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Studio A Body Therapy has been voted Best Massage Therapy in the area for 2026 — marking the second year in a row we’ve earned this honor!
This recognition means so much to us because it comes from you — our incredible clients and community who trust us with your care, week after week. With a team of just 3 massage therapists, this award tells us that our focus — helping people heal from stress and trauma with real care and excellence — is genuinely making a difference.
Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’re new to the studio, thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to another year of showing up for your wellness — in whatever form that takes for you.
Thank you for voting, and thank you for trusting us with your care!
Callie’s massage schedule stays full - book in advance!
From Callie, our Trauma-Informed Massage Therapist:
I am so grateful for the clients who have invited me to be a part of their healing journey through trauma-informed massage. The fact that my schedule is consistently full is an encouragement and a testimony to the good work that can happen as you invest in your health. However, this also means it is becoming harder and harder to book an appointment with me in the moment when you need it. I encourage you to look ahead and get on my books in advance, to ensure you get a massage when you want it. You can see my schedule here.
There are always last-minute cancellations and people who reschedule, so more time slots will open up. If you would like to be added to the notification list when there is a cancellation, text MASSAGE LIST to 463-235-7171 and you’ll automatically be added to the list.
Thank you!
Know someone who could use more capacity for life’s challenges?
The Emotional Resilience Roadmap, Allie’s new online program, is now open for enrollment. It helps participants better understand their body’s response to stress and develop practical tools for meeting difficult moments with greater resilience.
Because the program is entirely online, people can participate from anywhere. If a friend, family member, or colleague comes to mind, we would be grateful if you shared it with them.
Enrollment is open through this Wednesday, July 29.
We’re so grateful you’re part of this community.
Whether you’re participating in one of our group classes or programs, on Callie’s massage table, doing 1:1 somatic sessions with me or Julia, or simply reading along — thank you for trusting us with your care. We can’t wait to show you what’s next.
With gratitude,
Allie & the Studio A Team 🧡
