I don’t know about you, but I am loving this Fall weather (finally)! The cool, crisp mornings, the changing of the leaves, warm fall drinks and desserts. Fall is probably my favorite time of year. There is often a slower pace, with Fall breaks, the transition between kid’s sports, the days getting shorter, etc. Whether you are welcoming Fall, or grieving the end of Summer, I just wanted to let you know of some Fall offerings and openings at Studio A.
Release and Refresh Classes this weekend!
Grab your spot for this Saturday’s Release and Refresh class!
Saturday, Oct 25 - 9:00-10:30am ($24) - Start your Saturday morning off right with this class led by Callie. There are plenty of spots left, so come and bring a friend! Your nervous system (and theirs) will thank you!
The Friday night R&R classes have moved to start at 6:30pm rather than 6:00, to allow for more time to arrive after work, dinner, etc. They now run 6:30-8:30pm and are led by Allie, and these 2-hour versions of the class are an amazing way to unwind from the weekend and reconnect with your body and all that it’s holding, and to find some equanimity amidst it all.

Nourish: a Women’s Holistic Health Conference
A reminder about the upcoming women’s holistic/natural health conference called NOURISH coming up in Fishers on Saturday, November 1, 10am - 4pm. Put on by the Indiana Association of Naturopathic Physicians, it is the place to be if you are interested in natural health.
This year’s conference theme is “Nourishing the Nervous System”, which is why Studio A is excited to be a part of it, since so much of our work is centered around nervous system regulation and resilience. We will have a vendor table there, so stop by and say hi! Allie will also be leading one of the breakout sessions, titled “The Bracing Body”, about how the body’s fascial system tightens, tenses, and binds down when we lack the ability to draw (and hold) healthy boundaries in our life. Learn how chronic tension and pain can serve as valuable information about our emotions and relationships, and what you can do to find relief from the bracing.
Advance tickets are required. This event is VERY affordable, for all that it will give you access to in the day’s events, and even more affordable with my special link that gets you the “friends & family” 10% off discount that I am happy to share with you all, which you can get only by following this special link.
Massage Openings with Callie
While my schedule stays fairly full, I always have room for new clients (and repeat clients) throughout the week. Word of mouth continues to be my best marketing, so thank you to everyone who has referred a friend or family member to come receive a trauma-informed massage. I’ve got openings this week, and would love to see you!
We are trying out a new VibroAcoustic Therapy (VAT) table, so if you book soon, you could opt to experience it for FREE as we are still working out the kinks and learning how best to seamlessly weave it into the massage experience.
Hope to see you soon! Happy Fall!
~Callie
