Go deeper in your healing this summer at Studio A
YES/NO workshop, Feel to Heal's final 6 spots, and VibroAcoustic Therapy add-on
Upcoming Workshop: YES/NO & Letting Go
A somatic exploration of autonomy, choice, and boundaries
Your body is always communicating — but do you know how to listen?
Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026 (9:30 am – 4:30 pm) for this one-of-a-kind day-long workshop led by Allie Whitney, LMT, SEP and Michael Trexler, Ph.D., LMHC. Together, they’ll guide you through a gentle and deeply supportive exploration of how your body holds your YES and your NO — and what that means for the way you move through the world.
This workshop is for you if you want to:
Feel clearer in your decisions and more grounded in your sense of self
Explore what it means to take up space and find your healthy power
Strengthen your ability to set boundaries — with yourself and others
Reclaim ownership over your body and deepen your understanding of consent
Drawing on trauma-informed approaches, Polyvagal Theory, somatics, and emotional intelligence, this is a safe space for real, meaningful work to unfold. Workshop includes a supplemental workbook for every participant to use throughout the day and take home.

🌿Only 6 Spots Left — Feel to Heal Summer 2026
Our flagship program returns for its 11th round — and it keeps getting better.
If you’ve been living with chronic tension or pain that just won’t quit — even after massage, PT, or other treatments — Feel to Heal may be exactly what you’ve been missing.
This 8-week small group program explores the powerful connection between emotions and the body. This isn’t about venting or group therapy — this is a gentle, science-backed, trauma-informed deep dive into why the body holds on to pain, and how learning to work with your emotions (rather than suppress or avoid them) can bring real, lasting relief. Week by week, you’ll build body awareness, gain new tools, and find community with others on the same journey.
We consistently receive ratings of 9 and 10 out of 10 from participants. Here’s a taste of what past attendees have said:
“This has been the most productive healing I have ever done.” “I want to stand on rooftops and tell everyone to do it!” “My life is infinitely better.”
📅 Tuesday evenings, June 2 – July 28 | 6:45–8:45pm (skipping the week of June 30)
📍 Studio A Body Therapy, Brownsburg, IN
💰 $315, sliding scale spots available to those in need (reach out to us)
With only 6 of 15 spots remaining, this one will fill up. Don’t wait!
A New Way to Stimulate Your “Rest & Digest” State
Several months ago we began offering a new add-on in our massage sessions here at Studio A, something that we were researching and testing last Fall. Many clients have already begun adding it to their massage sessions, and it’s quickly become a new favorite for some. So we want to tell you all about it, in case you haven’t yet had heard of it or had the chance to experience it yourself.
INTRODUCING VIBROACOUSTIC THERAPY
VibroAcoustic Therapy (VAT) is a gentle, science-informed add-on to your massage session that uses low-frequency vibration to help your nervous system settle more deeply.
Here’s the simple version of how it works: our bodies are largely made of water, which means vibration travels through us really efficiently — not just at the surface, but throughout the whole body. Low-frequency vibration encourages your parasympathetic (”rest and digest”) nervous system to activate, creating what many people describe as a soft internal warmth, a gentle rhythmic presence, or a sense of finally being able to let go.
At Studio A, VAT is delivered through a specialized massage table with embedded transducers from a company called inHarmony that is leading the way in this technology. It happens right during your massage, so it doesn’t add any extra time to your session.
WHAT WE OBSERVED
Before we began offering it more broadly, we integrated VAT into sessions with more than 60 clients and paid careful attention to what they experienced.
76% of clients reported a positive response — describing things like:
A deeper sense of calm and grounding
Easier time “dropping in” to the massage
Relief from low back discomfort and muscle tension
A sustained sense of ease that carried into the rest of their day
Some even noticed improved sleep quality that night
That kind of feedback gave us a lot of confidence in offering this to more of you.
HOW TO ADD IT TO YOUR NEXT SESSION
VAT is available as an optional add-on to any trauma-informed massage booking:
⏱ Duration: 22 minutes (within your existing session)
💲 Cost: $15
📅 How to book: When scheduling your massage, simply check the “VibroAcoustic Therapy” box that appears above the calendar as an add-on.
Intensity is kept gentle and can always be adjusted or stopped at any time.
Note: VAT is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or have certain conditions including epilepsy, a pacemaker, thrombosis, or active inflammation, among others. If you have any questions about whether it’s right for you, just reach out — we’re always happy to chat.
Be well friends! Hope to see you around the studio!
