Feel to Heal enrollment is open (plus something for our alumni)
The EARLY-BIRD discount ends Thursday.
Hi there!
If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in a stress response, replaying a triggering moment, or wishing you had a way to actually move through big emotions and stressors instead of just white-knuckling them — I want to tell you about Feel to Heal.
Feel to Heal: Enrollment is open
Feel to Heal is our 8-week deep dive into the connection between emotions, stress, trauma, and the body. It’s for anyone who wants to understand why their body responds the way it does when there are big, difficult emotions or stress — and, more importantly, learn how to work with it instead of against it.
The details:
Starts: Thursday, September 10
Meets: Thursday nights, 6:45–8:45pm
Runs: 8 weeks, wrapping November 5 (we’ll skip the week of October 15 for fall break)
If there’s a week you miss because of travel, sickness, or something else, we provide a link to a video of that week’s content, that you have 1 week to watch.
This program consistently gets 9 and 10 out of 10 ratings from participants. Here’s some of what graduates have said:
“GREAT program! Allie is an excellent and generous teacher. I really enjoyed the atmosphere she created.”
“This (in conjunction with my current talk therapist) has been the most productive healing I have ever done.”
“I have become more aware of my embodied response to emotions and challenging experiences. This was fantastic!”
Use code EARLY-BIRD for 10% off — but it expires at midnight on Thursday, August 6, so if you’ve been on the fence, now’s the time.
Already a Feel to Heal grad? There’s more support for you.
If you’ve been through Feel to Heal, you may have learned a lot from it but found yourself wishing for more somatic exercises. Indeed, many people have shared that kind of feedback, in some form, wanting more hands-on practice during the program. I want you to know that I hear this — I hear you — and I want to tell you why I haven’t changed the curriculum to add more of it, and what I’m doing instead.
The truth is, the additional exercises we could do together in the studio would only ever be a starting point. Everyone in that room carries a completely different history, a different nervous system, different triggers — there’s no set of in-studio exercises that could meet all of that. And the real work was never going to happen in a safe, quiet studio anyway. The skills you learned aren’t meant to live in a binder on a shelf or in the confines of the 8 sessions of the program — they’re meant to come with you, into the argument with your partner, the moment your chest tightens before a hard conversation, the 2am spiral you can’t talk yourself out of. That’s where regulation actually gets practiced. Not in the studio. In your life.
That's exactly what our Ongoing Support Membership is for — real practice, real progress, and real accountability, so you can keep deepening and expanding your resilience to stress and emotions long after the 8 weeks are over. Twice-monthly live Zoom calls give you a place to bring what's actually coming up for you (the real trigger, the real stress point, the real emotion you didn’t know how to sit with or move through) and we work it together, live. Plus you get full access to the replay library, organized by topic so you can always find the guidance that fits.
If that sounds like something you’d want to be part of, just reply to this email and let us know — we’ll send you the details and get you set up.
Warmly,
Allie
